We operated & function just like a hotel. The first day you check in is day #1, you may check in anytime between 8-6:00 pm Monday-Saturday. We turn over every day at 11:00am. If your pet is not SCHEDULED to check out prior to 11:00 you will be paying for that day. The kennel is reserved for your pet until the following day at 11:00. You may check out sooner but this is how we keep reservations from overlapping one another. Just because you choose not to check in until 6:00pm in the evening does not mean you do not pay for that day. That kennel has to set "EMPTY" all day so that it is ready for your pets arrival, just like a hotel room. You can not count the "hours" your pet is here, just as you dont't when staying at a hotel. You are welcome to pick-up or drop off anytime between 8:00am & 6:00pm by scheduled appointment. Occasionally & for emergency visits, we will offer different times according to your needs and our scheduled boarding playtimes. We must know if you will be checking out by 11:00 so the kennel may be sanitized & reserved for another pet coming in following your departure. If you are scheduled to stay past 11:00 the kennel WILL NOT BE RE-BOOKED UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY AT 11:00, this helps both the owner & facility in case of traffic, or electing to stay out of town a litttle longer than planned. ON SUNDAY ONLY~ IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO PAY FOR THE DAY THAN YOU MUST ARRIVE AT OUR MORNING PICK-UP AT 8:30 AM. WE HAVE ANOTHER PICK-UP AT 2:30 & THEN AT 6:30, BUT A FULL DAYS BOARDING WILL BE CHARGED IF YOU CHOOSE THE AFTERNOON OR EVENING.
SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE, BUT DUE TO THE OVER WHELMING AMOUNT OF INSUFFICIENT FUNDS CHECKS THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED, WE HAVE DECIDED TO CHANGE OVER TO A CASH-ONLY ACCOUNTING METHOD.
YOU MUST HAVE CASH WHEN PICKING UP YOUR PET FROM BOARDING. WE CAN GIVE YOUR TOTAL DUE AT CHECK-IN SO THAT YOU RETURN WITH THE PROPER AMOUNT OF CASH AT YOUR SCHEDULED PICK-UP TIME!!! THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING OUR NEED AS A SMALL BUSINESS TO RESORT TO CASH FUNDS TO OPERATE EFFECTIVELY.
